If I were to have a carefully planned out banquet or anything of that sort I would definetly want Apollo to be there assisting me with the preparations. :D
i would say apollo because he would try to think of the best way to get the most people to come to his party to make the most profit so it would probably be pretty insane. and apollo would drive me home

In defense of Apollo you don't always have to drink(whether it's excessive or not at all) and be over the top to have a good time! Trust me I know...
